AAF Omaha educates members on the latest trends in technology, creativity and marketing through seminars, monthly luncheon speakers, exhibitions and trade shows.
In addition, AAF Omaha offers member networking. It will assist you expanding your client and referral lists – plus networking offers you the opportunity to broaden your appeal in the job market.
AAF Omaha encourages young people to enter the advertising business. For college students pursuing a career in advertising, AAF Omaha is their link to the business world. AAF Omaha gives college scholarships and sponsors college chapters at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, the University of Nebraska at Kearney and at Creighton University.

Recognizing Our Best
Each year, the Nebraska Addys awards the best and brightest of the previous year’s advertising created by firms throughout Nebraska. American Advertising Federation Omaha (AAF Omaha) and the Advertising Federatio of Lincoln (AFL) members participate in this prestigious event. Special Events
This AAF Omaha committee annually hosts 4 to 5 fundraising events. Money raised throughout the year helps benefit the AAF Omaha’s fully integrated marketing campaign for one non-profit organizaiton, chosen by the organization each year. Money raised also helps fund educational programming throughout the year. You are invited to make great business contacts at our next Specail Event.

You Can’t Handle the Trivia!
Ad Wars promises to be a fun-filled and fact-filled addition to our roster of annual events. The team competition tests your knowledge of advertising practices, terminology and trivia. But it’s anything but trivial – just ask anyone from the 2011 AAF Omaha Ad Wars championship team from SKAR Advertising! It’s a brutal display of seemingly useless terms and acronyms. It’s a grueling and treacherous evening of famous jingles and tag lines. It’s almost fun!
