Web Strategist (with a Graduate and Adult Marketing Focus)

Creighton’s Graduate and Adult Marketing and Recruitment office is responsible for the recruitment of graduate and adult students to Creighton University.  This office is responsible for all communication outreach, on and off campus events, and marketing efforts to attract prospective graduate and adult students to the University.

Our enrollment department works closely with Creighton’s Marketing and Communication department on all website efforts. This web strategist role would be embedded in the Marketing and Communication website team and focused on developing, launching and maintaining updates on and The web strategist role would work closely with the Graduate and Adult Marketing office to ensure that web strategy aligns with Graduate and Adult enrollment priorities and goals.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, computer science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, website content marketing and project management preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of user experience [UX] and user interface [UI] design (HTML and CSS preferred).
Experience in information design [content audit, wire frame creation, navigation architecture as well as SEO]
Demonstrated experience with content management systems (drupal CMS preferred)
Ability to manage timelines and set expectations with key stakeholders to ensure task completion
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work with internal resources to troubleshoot technical programs
Ability to think analytically and problem solve through critical thinking
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Experience with Google Analytics preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
