Clarkson College has a Content Marketing Specialist position posted.
This position will serve as the Clarkson College copywriter and editor and will use journalistic skills to collaborate with team members, gather ideas, develop stories and create inspired, enrollment-focused content for multiple marketing channels.
Minimum of two years experience in content marketing, digital marketing or other communications capacity required.
Minimum of two years experience with desktop publishing software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications or other related field required.
Proven writing, editing and proof reading skills required. Ability to craft and pitch stories to all media channels required. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SOE) practices required. Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while working both independently and as a part of a team required. Knowledge of basic print, design and web development required. Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point required.
