Anderson Partners is in need of a highly motivated, detail-oriented person who is passionate about their work and interested in assisting in the responsibilities of servicing our clients and managing client relationships.

Job Duties:

This person will provide administration and assistance to other account managers and the director of client services on day-to-day activities for assigned clients. These responsibilities include: responding to client communications, monitoring production and creative timelines, and monitoring PR and media placements to ensure the progress of client projects throughout the agency in a timely manner.

The account manager will also assist in the preparation of agendas, meeting reports, project briefs, correspondence and any materials necessary for client meetings and presentations; as well as other tasks necessary to servicing our clients’ business. This person must demonstrate social media experience and will help the team execute, manage, contribute to and track the social media platforms of the agency and our clients. This person will also be a proofreader for the agency and needs to be familiar with the AP Stylebook.

Job Requirements:

This person needs to be a self-starter, is able to multi-task, and able to work independently and with other team members. Knowledge of and experience using social media for business-to-business and business-to-consumer is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Agency experience/internships are preferred, but not required. A college degree is required.
